1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of NetVoipKCE (OMS Cunha Telecomunicações ME, CNPJ 19.584.828.0001-62), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

NetVoipKCE offers VoIP telephony solutions, including VoIP CLI Lines, ITX CLI, Fixed TDM Caller ID, Mobile TDM Caller ID, Anti-SPAM, and Fixed CLI, intended for companies and corporations.

3. Permitted Use

Our services must be used exclusively for legitimate and business purposes. It is expressly prohibited:

• Use for illegal or fraudulent activities
• SPAM or unsolicited communications in violation of the law
• Unauthorized resale of services
• Attempts to bypass security systems

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials, using the services in compliance with Brazilian legislation, and immediately reporting any unauthorized use.

5. Service Availability

NetVoipKCE guarantees 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Force majeure events are excluded from this guarantee.

6. Payment and Billing

Services are charged according to the contracted plan. Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of services. Billing disputes must be made within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetVoipKCE is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use or inability to use the services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. NetVoipKCE may terminate immediately in case of violation of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The court of the district of São Carlos - SP is elected to settle any controversies.
